Our warranty covers defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship carried out by iPhonefixed. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of repair or product purchased.

This warranty applies to products and repairs purchased directly from iPhonefixed or through an authorised iPhonefixed reseller.

What Our Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, iPhonefixed will repair or replace the faulty part where the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing defect or repair-related workmanship issue.

Our warranty covers:

✓ Faults caused by defective replacement parts
✓ Issues directly related to repair workmanship performed by iPhonefixed
✓ Functional problems caused by the repaired component during normal use

If a valid warranty claim is accepted, iPhonefixed may, at its discretion:

• Repair the device again using an equivalent part; or
• Replace the faulty component with an equivalent replacement; or
• Provide another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

✗ Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or cracked screens after repair
✗ Liquid damage, water damage, or moisture exposure
✗ Physical damage caused after the repair has been completed
✗ Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification
✗ Repairs or alterations performed by another repair provider after iPhonefixed service
✗ Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or marks
✗ Damage caused by accessories or third-party components not supplied by iPhonefixed

Water Damage Repairs

Due to the unpredictable nature of liquid-damaged devices, repairs involving water damage do not include warranty coverage.

Although we will always make every effort to restore a water-damaged device, liquid exposure can cause hidden corrosion or component failures that may appear later.

For this reason, any repair involving liquid damage is excluded from warranty protection.

Screen Replacement Warranty

For screen replacements, warranty coverage applies to faults with the replacement display and installation workmanship.

Please note:

• Physical damage such as cracks, impact marks, or pressure damage is not covered.
• OLED and LCD screens are sensitive components and must be installed and used correctly.
• Any damage caused by incorrect installation, bending, pressure, or accidental impact is excluded.

Accessories Warranty

Most accessories purchased from iPhonefixed include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Selected Joyroom products may include extended warranty periods of 24 or 36 months according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, misuse, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.

Important Information

Opening a repaired device, transferring parts, modifying components, or attempting further repairs by a third party may invalidate the warranty.

For repairs involving original device components, certain features may depend on the condition of the original parts and device.

The warranty provided by iPhonefixed does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
