Sending Your Device for Repair
When sending your device to iPhonefixed for repair, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Please choose a delivery option that provides suitable protection for the value of your device. Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is packaged safely and securely before sending.
Once your device arrives, we will confirm receipt and begin the repair or diagnostic process.
After your repair is completed, your device will be returned using a tracked delivery service where available.

Returning Products
