We will confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time.
2. We Collect Your Device
At the agreed time, we will collect your device from your home or another suitable location.
Your device will then be safely taken to our Cardiff repair centre.
3. Professional Repair & Testing
Our technicians will inspect, repair and test your device.
If we find additional issues or recommend further work, we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
4. Return Your Device
Once your repair is completed and tested, we will return your device directly to you.
