Technology moves so quickly that today’s technology soon becomes yesterdays within just a few months. This happens with everything, computers, tablets, and especially smart phones. Despite these items having an operating life span of years if looked after well, they simply end up in massive silicon graveyards in other parts of the world. Not our problem, hey? Wrong. It’s very much our problem, because we are contributing to a massive waste problem that exists throughout the world.

Apple’s “newest new” product since the inception of the iPad back in 2010, will again raise the bar in the mobile technology world. The technology has been held in deep secret, in a building where no outsiders may bring in pencil and paper, let alone any recording device such as a smart phone. For the past couple of years, Apple has been collecting data in this secret location, from people working out in the gym, fitness bikes, and so on, in a bid to understand fitness, and how to make the watch an essential device for helping people keep fit.

Forget Mr Rockefeller, forget the oil companies, and forget Google. In January 2015, Apple has just become, the company which has recorded the largest profits ever. With a record breaking quarter posting profits of $18 billion dollars, the company now has a fat wad of cash totally some $142 billion. Indeed, it could be said that the company is acquiring more money than it can spend it. A nice problem to have! But to put it into a little perspective, it has just bought out Beats! for $3 billion, and that was its largest purchase ever. It seems incredible that a single company can make so much money largely thanks to a product that slips seamlessly into your pocket.

Never before in the history of mankind has so much waste been caused by electronic devices. Unfortunately, the iPhone is no exception to this as we see around the world, massive stockpiles of e-trash, electronic devices that are no longer used, or desired, just thrown out and sent to large dump grounds.

The iPhone 6 Plus is the big brother of the iPhone 6, and is a direct competitor of devices such as the Samsung Note series. The screen is a whopping 5.5 inches, and is easily Apple’s largest “small” device to date. However, there is a trade off to be had with the Plus, and that is it is significantly weaker than any iPhone previous to it. Dropping it at waist height can lead to screen breakage, meaning you will need to get a iPhone 6 Plus screen repair.

iPhonefixed.co.uk have ramped up their service to include iPhone screen repair for the new Apple iPhone 6^th generation of smart phones. Using original screens that are fully guaranteed for a year, the company continues its tradition of being completely in synch with the latest phones released by Apple. The company will also continue support and repairs of all previous generations of iPhones, along with the latest incarnation.

The iPhone is not just a communications device, or a music player, or a games machine, or a GPS. It’s also a portable sports device. You can use it to keep track of your workouts, your diets, your sporting achievements and so on. It is allows you to keep track of your favourite professional sports using apps provided by many top media channels.
