Sending your iPhone to us.

Getting your iPhone to us.

 

 

 

When you have placed your order, please ensure that your device is properly packaged and sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and insured up to the sum of £500.

Please Note: Next day special delivery only applies Monday to Friday.  Items received on Friday will be posted for Monday delivery.  


Step 1.

If you are not including your sim card, please inform us of the network associated with your iPhone.


Step 2.

If your iPhone is password protected please include password or undo the password option before sending the device to us.  

Make sure all data and personal information including telephone contacts and photographs are backed up if possible prior to you sending the phone.  

Wrap your iPhone well in bubble wrap and place it in a small Jiffy/Bubble wrap envelope.  Do not include any of the instructions or accessories, all we require is the iPhone or iPad.


Step 3.

Please include a copy of the invoice or the confirmation email, order number or your name and address so we can match your iPhone with your order. Please detail as much information regarding the fault/s you are experiencing with your device. 

We will not take any responsibility for iPhones sent to us damaged via transit because they were poorly packaged and not protected.  

We do not accept personal callers, but you can drop off your iPhone at the reception area at the address below.
