Getting your iPhone or iPad to us
Once you have placed your order and paid via paypal, please ensure that your device is properly packaged and sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and insured up to the sum of £500.
Please Note: Next day special delivery only applies Monday to Friday. Items received on Friday will be posted for Monday delivery.
If you are not including your sim card, please inform us of the carrier associated with your iPhone. e.g:

If your iPhone is password protected please include password or undo the password option before sending the device to us.
Make sure all data and personal information including telephone contacts and photographs are backed up if possible prior to you sending the phone.
Wrap your iPhone well in bubble wrap and place it in a small Jiffy/Bubble wrap envelope. Do not include any of the instructions or accessories, all we require is the iPhone. Please include a copy of the invoice or confirmation email so we can track your order.
We will not take any responsibility for iPhones sent to us damaged via transit because they were poorly packaged and protected.
